Typical Wendy's but super clean and fresh. The employees are like a freakin' well oiled machine.
Midnight drive thru, I get it. That person/manager working, Nasty Personality looking for confrontation. No place in that position. .
The person at the drive-thru was super nice. You can yell they love their job. The food was ok. Fries were a little old.
This is my first time in this design of a store and I don't like it. I want to speak to a cashier, I don't want to be the cashier. The computer doesn't have anywhere to enter coupons. It was not user-friendly. I entered my order wrong. While the manager did refund the difference, I shouldn't be the employee. I think the staff in this store does the best they can with the system they are given. If this style of store becomes the norm, I will go elsewhere.
Wendy's is making it more and more difficult to specialize your order and I need this because of my food allergies. They took away choices of cheese and adding on items. You've already raised your prices pretty drastically, why would you take that away? I'll have to find another fast food place. Sad, Wendy's has been one of my go-tos for a long time. Dietary restrictions: They've restricted what you're allowed to add and using their app and their walk-in tablets has become a turn off. I'm going to try to find somewhere else to go.
I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t give me the option.
