Every time I try to order here after 8pm the staff is always rushed, out of ingredients, and generally annoyed I even dared ordered food past 8pm. If you guys want to close at 8pm then close at that time but don’t complain when people come into your restaurant 2 hours before close to order food. Plus it was takeout so I wasn’t even going to dirty your dining room with my presence. A little crazy to be treated like a nuisance when I’m spending $40 for dinner.

Disgusting and dirty. Place is a mess, workers are gross and entire place needs a overhaul from workers to sanitation. What happened to chipotle?? Walked out of the 2 here in Springfield.

Came in for a burrito bowl with steak. Unfortunately, there was no steak available so I was told I could wait for some to be made. To make a longer story short- I sat there listening to bickering between the cook and the front desk workers. Watched them for 15 min make other peoples bowls and dole out anemic portion after anemic portion. Eventually, when they finally had the steak made, they ran out of rice, so tried to give me half a scoop in my bowl and pass it off as the full amount. Everything has already massively shrunk at chipotle. Cutting customers short of food because of inefficiencies making it, shows how far this fast food chain has fallen. Order anywhere else but here.
