Estaba sucio y la gente súper pésima
I used to eat here every week. Now it has become a homeless encampment. I regularly see homeless laying on the floor charging their phones and sleeping on the tables. Today was the second time I couldnt use the men's restroom because someone was showering in the sink again and he wouldn't open the door regardless of how hard i knocked. I informed a staff member and asked them to get a key to the restroom. I was told, "i don't know." Thankfully a kind young lady customer who overheard the exchange checked the ladies room for me and watched the door so i could use that restroom. I know it's uncomfortable for staff to confront homeless people and ask them to leave, or clear them out of a restroom, or call authorities if they refuse. But a competent manager should be able to handle these issues. Unfortunately, this is what happens wherever progressive policies dominate. Mental illness, drug abuse, and homelessness abound. And when you cant institutionalize those who are incapable of helping themselves they spill over into your establishment and run your business into the ground by driving away your customers. The homeless already practically own city hall, downtown, the public library, bus stops, the train, the medians, and freeway overpasses. If you're going to let them treat your establishment like a La Quinta inn, or a truck stop shower, then I'm done eating here.
Not sure what all the 1 stars are about for this location. JM2C; the experience I had here is the identical to every other chipotle I’ve ever visited. Gonna chalk it up to the catty nature of Marin housewives / the entitled ‘middle class millionaire’ demographic that calls this area home. Cheers!
Average chain restaurant quality nothing special if you are looking for something predictable and standardized this is the place for you
Have had some less than enjoyable service experiences here. Then went today and they were out of steak and guacamole? How is that possible?
The service is so bad it makes you almost feel wrong for wanting to eat or get food from here. There was a total of 3 workers and I understand close to closing but it's ridiculous that the amount of side comments coming from the employee that was avoiding any guest's because she was " bagging chips" which she already had a bunch filled up . She could have easily came to help the 1 lady that was stuck doing a big doordash order alone but instead watched 2 customers standing for more than 10 minutes and just kept expressing that they are almost out of here and they arent available to do anything. If you dont like your job dont work there lol lesson for life for the miserable kids working
