Meh. Dont be fooled by how "pretty" they look on the outside..The sweet potato one with regular glaze didn't taste like sweet potato at all. Rather bland and waaay overpriced at $5.50.
The location in San Rafael has the absolute worst tasting coffee I've ever had.
Great donuts. Kid approved.
great place with great coffee & fresh donuts plus nice location with an excellent service
First of all, don’t expect to get a regular donut. I first ordered the classic glaze, and I must say that it was very disappointing. The donut was very thick. It was only glazed lightly on half. It tasted like baked potato bread. I decided to go back and ask for a replacement to try one of their other donuts, their customer service was great, they were very friendly, understanding, so they gave me a chocolate old fashion to try. The chocolate old fashion was tasty, and I enjoyed it, but it was very different from any other donut I’ve ever had. I think if I came in with my expectations being to try a fried dessert that was in the shape of a donut, I would’ve enjoyed it more. But because my expectations were to eat donuts, I was disappointed. I’ve eaten thousands of donuts at dozens of donut shops around the country, and this donut shop was very unusual. If you decide to try this place, make sure that you are not expecting your donut to taste like any donut that you’ve had before and keep an open mind about this type of dessert. I’m giving it four stars because the customer service was so great, they listened to my complaint, and happily provided a replacement for no charge.
best doughnuts and coffee!
Totally overhyped and way too pricey for doughnuts that weren’t even cooked right. Tried four different ones and, man, all were disappointing. But hey, at least the place looks cool! Feels like they’re more into the look than making good doughnuts. Added one star for the nice staff and looks
