Cheese biscuits have lost their umph!
Very good food. A bit predictable as its the usual. We ventured out towards the pastrami sandwich but never again. Leave that to.the pros in NYC
Nice place but expensive for brunch. I wish they would put salt and pepper on the table because the pastrami could have used a little. The pizzas all looked tasty except all of the ones I saw had a lot of black, burnt bubbles and edges. Some might like that but I do not.
Food is very balanced. I enjoyed the crab pasta creamy but not too rich and nice bit spicy.
Edited to add: Jeff Cerciello is the owners name and is pictured in my review and on the businesses website. Meal and service were both top notch, though the squash on my frittata was undercooked, surprising for thinly sliced delicata to be crunchy/raw. The owner of this establishment is terrifying. I did not feel safe and exited the restaurant as soon as I could. The day was warm and the patio heaters were turned on. We asked for them to be turned off and the shades lowered to avoid glare. A man in hiking clothes came in towards the end of the meal and began bullying the staff into lifting the blinds and turning on the heat. I asked what the issue was and said that were had all been comfortable before we’d been blinded by the sun. He said he was the owner and could do what he wanted. After more words exchanged, he left, and came back to harass us again, telling us we could leave. Racial dynamics aside, I have never been treated so abhorrently as a customer. I feel terribly for the very kind staff who apologized profusely. I’m still speechless.
Came in early for brunch. Only one table was seated before us. We didn’t get any service for 25mins. A party that was seated after us got a server before we did. We had to literally flag down someone who we thought would be a server. He seemed annoyed that we even asked for help. We ordered our food and drinks. Food came and one of our friends meals had a long black hair it. When you pay a premium for this type of food it better be spot on. And it was far from that. Don’t bother coming here for overpriced food and terrible service. Do better Farm Shop
