Chipotle Mexican Grill

Everything is great except for the last month or so, whenever I order my favorite chicken salad; they would never have vinaigrette dressing. If the restaurant is going through vinaigrette so easily, management should order extra

No meat and very bad customer service

This place was an entire MESS! The tables were not clean! All of them!!! Food on the floor,garbage cans overflowing, the drink service area was a mess! My wife HAD to be hungry, I'm surprised she still wanted to eat there. We ended up eating on their patio, and all three trash cans were turned down as if they didn't want them to be used, this was around 4:30 pm on 03/20/2024 The person that was preparing my food had a very short attention span! I was explaining my order and she wasn't even listening, her head was turned and all in another employee's conversation! Piss poor customer service!!! If I had been the corporate inspector I would have shutdown the restaurant and Fired everyone!! O, they had no steak ready and the entrance windows were filthy!! What do they teach these people when they're trained?

Bad service. Not organized behind the glass.

Today, when it was my worst experience ever at this chipotle, there are a bunch of teenagers behind the counter, laughing and giggling joking, not paying any attention to people trying to take orders the line is all the way out the door, and they don’t seem to care , They’re telling people they are sold out of items that they are actually not sold out of. You can actually look and see that the item is right there.

On the 16th of March me and my coworker place to order over the phone my boo was too hot and slapped up I didn't get my chips they were supposed to put the money back on my card but I haven't yet seen it and today is the 19th of March I don't know if it was just at the end of the shift that we just got the crumbs or what was left over but it was not good at all and this was on camp Creek parkway

Everything was broken. Only exact change or credit card. No ice. Not very clean but we were super hungry after arriving from an international flight.
