Starbucks

This Starbucks is always out of something. I always order a white chocolate mocha and a pumpkin loaf from any other store with no problem. Every time I have tried to order at this location , they don’t have one or the other. Plus, the employees aren’t friendly or are distracted talking to each other.

The staff here is very rude and they always "close" before the stated hours of operation. They make target and Starbucks look bad. They need new management and staff asap!!

Only giving it 2 stars because the drinks were made correctly. Other than that I experienced poor customer service today. The cashier didn’t greet customers nor was he welcoming. I went back for a second drink and both times I received the same unsatisfactory service. People were getting out of line since the servers were taking their time making the orders, they had no sense of urgency about themselves. This will be my first and last visit.

Rude staff, barely responds to questions, was talking to friends the whole time while I waited for my drink and had to ask for it to be made.

Last Sat 9/30/23 I stood in line for about 12 min. The line was out the door and when I finally got to the register the young man that was at the register walked away to grabbed his phone. He stood there looking in his phone. Then he went to the back. When I asked the young lady that was next to him, " will be be back?" She looked at me but never answered me, so I left because I was on a lunch break and I had to get back to work . This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

Drinks were poorly made and cashier had a nasty attitude. Why apply to work there if you’re gonna be with a face like that? Don’t recommend coming here. this was 09/22/2023 at 7:30

I love strawberries and cream frappuccino... It's the best

Horrible service Employees have attitude are arrogant and lack the desire to be good at there jobs
