No pico, lettuce, guac, anything really, an hour before posted closing time is not acceptable
I don't understand why you can't get the same treatment as those who order in the store. I worked a chicken and white rice and cheese burrito and PAID for EXTRA CHICKEN! When I got my burrito (after leaving the restaurant), it was half the size of what it normally us. Plus I had literally just watched me make a burrito for a diner and the comparison were night and day. I walked back in and had them "fix" it , or so I thought. They STILL didn't give me what I paid for. The burrito was filled with RICE and still once scoop of chicken. Stop supporting these big chain companies who just want your money and could careless about giving you what you paid for! Plus they use seedoils! NO GOOD!
It’s as bad as everyone says, clearly no management and if there is it’s time to find another, throwing pans and food everywhere, lots of attitude, running you through the line while throwing your food in a plate. Won’t be back.
Ordered the limited time carne asada bowl that they advertised with quacamole 2 @$12.95 Then at the time of check out they upcharged for guacamole 2@$2.70 I ordered 2 bowls and it was $32.80 False advertising and the lady was arguing with me. I just paid it and left But wanted to let ppl know. I’m not returning to any chipotle if this is how they do ppl.
I never write reviews, but I been to chipotle since 2016 and today was by FAR the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Chicken was ridiculously OVERLY SALTED. Couldn’t even finish 10% of the bowl and ended up throwing it away along with my partner. Manager didn’t even come back and acknowledge what I told him was wrong.
