Burger King

With every experience I've had at all Burger Kings, one thing that is for certain is they truly never fail to fail me. Staff here extremely rude and inconsiderate. I took advantage of the free Whopper for the million dollar Whopper contest right, came by ordered my burger and they couldn't do it through the drive-thru so I had to do it through the mobile app. It didnt give me the option to ask for a seedless bun so I requested it from the drive-thru customer service representative after ordering and she flat out told me no she couldn't do it cuz it was a mobile app order. So I kindly asked her if she can just do it as a favor since she could physically just give me two bottom buns and she flat out told me no again, that they just couldn't do it. Smdh. What happened to your slogan Burger King? "Have it your way" ?? Cause it's more like "have it no way" in this case. I keep giving this bussiness a chance to redeem themselves and they seem to disappoint me even more each time. I'm done! Burger King is trash people, don't come here anymore and waste your money and time on a terrible experience and most importantly, the disrespect! NEGATIVE 5 STARS BURGER KING, DO BETTER! Orde pictures: Just sloppy! You could see the pride they have for the food they cook. They could've replaced the top bun with another bottom bun smdh. I asked for no onions no pickles as well since I'm allergic to onions and just don't like pickles and now I can't even eat the burger. Just sad.

Burger King has made a resurgence with me since last year. I always liked their flame broiled Whoppers. Their Impossible Whopper has been a welcome addition to my diet since trying a plant-based diet. I get the same flavor of a Whopper without the beef. My only real gripe is their failure to provide a repeat back at the drive-thru. Several times I've ordered a Diet Coke and ended up with a Coke. Not good if you are reducing the amount of sugar in your diet.

All around terrible experience as a person from tx this is unacceptable frfr this brown skin manager decided that cuz MY FRIES AND BURGER WAS ICE COLD.. THAT I SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED SERVICE ANYMORE BRUH WTH ARE U ON BRUH U ARE THE WORST MANAGER IN BURGER KING BRUH FR I HOPE U GET FIRED

Reasonable fast service inside. Food came out hot and tasty.
