Best Italian food I have had in the state of Colorado.

I was sick for 2 days my server didn't check on us hair in my food order a drink and did not get food was bad

So yummy!

Beside it being cold and to dark for me, It was the best food ive had in long time

Fettuccini Weezie is my favorite along with their shrimp scampi. So good.

Great service - food came out timely, spaced between courses very well. The staff was very attentive to checking on us for refills, etc. The food was hot and tasty. Better than we expected from a chain restaurant.

I have been coming to Carrabas since I was in my early 20s I am now over 60 I really came to love the minestrone soup and I understand the price difference post Covid but let’s be honest food prices have gone up in everything and there is not longer a need to use this excuse…it’s just not fair to take this away from us there are so many people these days that are not meat lovers please bring back the minestrone soup! Also…it is my experience to not try to fix something that is not broken…your muscles used to be so good….but you have continuously messed with the sauce….it is now so awful and whose idea was it to make it sweet…ugh! Thank you! Vegetarian options: Please bring back the minestrone soup and stop messing with the sauce for the muscles….the salads are amazing! Also our waiter Mitch at the Westminster location is the bomb!
