Bravo! Italian Kitchen

Good as always...

We have always come here for birthday dinners, fathers day, etc. We have never had an issue until we came on March 16th. We didn't realize until the next say, the 17th, that we were charged twice. One transaction was for our meal before tip, the other charge was our meal with tip. I called on the 17th, and was told someone would call me back. I was asked if it was something on my creditors end. I did not receive a call back, so Monday morning I call, and the person who answered said of that wasn't taken care of, and transferred me to a manager. The manager took my information and the number of the debit card used, and said we should receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Well, a week later, I still have not received a refund. This makes me question how many people this has happend to and it just wasn't caught.

Great Italian experience

Probabilmente il peggior cibo italiano che penso di aver mai avuto. Stava inviando messaggi alla famiglia in Italia ridendo e dicendo loro quanto fosse brutto. Il server era gentile e il pasto della moglie compt che era immangiabile. L'unica cosa decente era il $ 25 per bicchieri di vino che stavo ordinando. Non tornerò mai più a questa immersione. Buona fortuna a chiunque abbia il coraggio di pagare per questo.

To be frank, Morgan, our server, made our lunch excellent. She even brought the girls some dough to play with and ensured that we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail reflect great pride in her performance and this establishment as a whole.

We sat at the high top and had great service from Morgan and Chelsea.
