This place is not it !!! I went earlier today and there was hair in my ice cream. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE...NO REMORSE FROM JENNIFER THE MANAGER. I will make sure I let people know about this. I bought a quart with chocolate chip mint and chocolate chip... Got home, put four spoonfuls in a bowl. Went to my room, took a bite...nothing. Took another bite with both flavors and a hair. Obviously, it was in the mint ice cream. To top it off , when I went back she didnt even want to give me a refund . This place sucks !

Don’t go to this baskin robins . I went just yesterday and I saw maggots in one of the ice creams , when I told the “manager” Jennifer . She looked at me dead in the eyes and said “ it’s cashews from the ice cream” when me and my partner , plus the people behind us clearly saw them squirming around . Everybody left the line in disgust . She seemed completely unbothered and just stayed on her phone . I asked to speak to the manager and she shrugged and said “I am the manager” . Don’t bring your kids here , they clearly don’t clean their equipment and don’t care for it at all . Going to report to Health inspectors cause theirs no way that they can continue to serve ice cream like this .

We used our t-mobile coupon to get a free cup of ice cream and then added on more scoops for the rest of the family. Super delicious and friendly service.

Today is my husband's birthday. The employee checked his ID and gave him the free scoop. Thank you for using some common sense and not relying on technology that you have to scan.

Nelly was great!!! she was polite and very intentive

Great flavor variety.

They need to clean this location up, and bring back chocolate chocolate chip ice cream!
