Starbucks

Very clean, great service, the coffee is really good.

It's a Starbucks...when we visited, from out of state, it was very busy. The staff was keeping up and doing a good job relating to the customers. Not much more you can ask for during the morning rush hour.

I work in the same shopping center and get coffee at this location quite a bit and spend tons of money for my team on a regular basis especially since we are in the same shopping center. I am not really an app person, but my team said that they were giving 1/2 off drinks on Thursdays this month and to download the app. I did but the coupon did not show up. One of my new employees used to work at Starbucks and said they should be able to give me the deal and to just ask. I asked the person there if I would get the deal and he said yes. When my phone was scanned it did not give me the deal. He asked if I just downloaded the app I said yes. He then told me because I just did it, I don't get the deal. I think if someone takes the time to download the app regardless of when. I cancelled and went to Coffee Bean. It is not about the money. The deal should be granted. I have uninstalled the app and not plan on going there again. Coffee Bean is right around the corner.

Would never recommend the reheated/frozen food, but the drinks are good when they make them right, and it's also not 99% ice for a $6 coffee like sometimes when I finish my drink it's still 3/4 filled with ice which leaves me wondering what the $6 was for, the drink or the ice because I would guess there was more ice than liquid in most of the drinks they make... I don't normally go to Starbucks anymore, not because of any particular incident just tired of the cost for how much drink you get

Very rude people working Friday morning Mumble peoples names I literally waited 20 minutes for my order so needless to say if your not online order you get treated like second class
