I had a fishy bagel. Yum. Next time no onions - just personal preference. Saw you on the Secret Los Angeles article about bagel shops.
Great old-school diner vibe, amazing bagels, and one of the last spots that isn’t another cookie cutter chain. It’s such a fun neighborhood spot, and a place we always enjoy a coffee and a bagel whenever we’re in Santa Monica.
Delivery order on 1/20/24 via Postmates was completely wrong, Bagel Nosh did not read the instructions and prepared the order incorrectly, adding Mayo & Tomato when the request was to remove these items. While I’m not allergic to these items this carelessness is appalling and dangerous for anyone that may have food allergies. Food is going straight in the trash which is wasteful and a negative carbon impact and the restaurant is completely at fault here.
Bagels are amazing chewy and good selection! Scallion cream cheese just average, needs more scallion. OJ also great and well priced. Love the atmosphere- very authentic.
Not only the best bagels in Santa Monica, but (surprisingly!) the best breakfast burrito in town as well. Not to mention affordable, fast, and great people.
I forgot why I stopped coming over 2 decades ago. The guy at the register who claims to be the manager tried to charge me $11 for a simple bagel with tomato and onion + cream cheese. I left and went to Fromins. The bagel there is better and ingredients more fresh. For the same price I'll have Fromins. Better quality. And no jerkoff manager being haughty towards women.
Corned Beef Hash made fresh the best breakfast dish
A bagel with cream cheese and tomato’s was $7.75. The bagel was tasteless and doughy. Too much corn meal on the bottom.
