I wish I would’ve taken photos of everything I ordered, but it was too delicious I ate it so fast. We sat at the bar, and watched the Chef carefully slice the fish in front of us, which was super cool to see. They serve very high quality sushi. I will definitely be going back!

Service, food, & ambiance is excellent. Highly recommend the wagyu addition on the tasting menu + ordering some of their hot food too even with the tasting menu as the courses are small Hits: Gyoza, sashimi, wagyu, duck, and the milk ice cream Misses: Honestly was not the biggest fan of their sushi rolls. The consistency/texture of the rice was off to my partner and me. It was unusually firm. Didn't take a star off though because everything else about Imari was so so good.
