Every time I go the pretzels are hot and fresh even when they are busy and have a line. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot for delicious pretzels. My favorite is the mini dogs.

Michael R. should be trained in how to provide better customer service! He wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering and gave us a wrong drink. When I told him that I ordered a different drink he sighted, gave me a correct drink and then made comments about me to the next customer!! Plus, when I asked him to apply points to my account for my purchase he gave me receipt and told me to scan it in the app for points. Unprofessional customer service!!!

Went and got a couple for me and my husband .I asked if pretzels were Fresh and the young girl said yes.Went to the car to eat and they were so hard and crunchy NOT FRESH at all . Don’t recommend
