Arbys is one of my favorites, however; this restaurant (which I used for over 10years) has gone downhill. Drive through is only service and it closes at 7pm. I glad business is so good that you can afford to lose loyal customers.

Literally the second time I get here at 1030pm, they are already closed. First time, they were outside smoking and claimed to be closed and wouldn’t serve us. So just so everyone knows, they don’t close at 11:30pm. They close whenever the hell they want.

Order was correct and service was courteous They were very busy, short staffed and had an employee walk out on them while we were in the drive-thru line. Thanks for your dedication and excellent customer service effort in the midst of what I'm sure was a very difficult time! 😊
