Opted for pickup instead of curbside to ensure nothing was forgotten with the order. The hostess was pleasant, guiding me to the pickup area. The to-go staff hustled efficiently, ensuring my order was not only ready but exceeded expectations. From fajita wraps to chicken quesadillas, everything was fresh and delicious—though the fish and chips was thick and chewy fish, not the best choice. Overall, a satisfying experience for myself and my coworkers.
Food very good...even thought a chain.
Food is VERY hit and miss. Even when it's freshest and at its best, the food is just alright. Tasty but you can tell it's low quality for restaurant food. Stick to the 10 buck deals or the 2 for 25's and you should be happy. Other times the food is cold and not fresh. Drinks are the same, either decent or weak as heck/not mixed properly. Service is the one saving grace and about 10 or 20% of the time it's a miss. I won't say I won't go there but it's not the best place to eat. Kid-friendliness: It's not uncommon to see young ones. Though the nights tend to belong to the adults and college age students or young workers
I went first thing when they opened. Took a while for the waitress to come and take my order. The shrimp was not very crispy, and they claim that it is. The riblets were terrible. The sauce was overwhelming. Even though they do have good peach tea. I would not eat there again. Parking: There is plenty of free parking .
- Steven has us on hold for 30 minutes after we picked up takeout and got 4 shrimp for $6 and was then rude w our crying baby - Jay the Sunday night manager hung up on us when we were given a 6oz steak instead of the 8oz, per the pic If this place is riddled with such poor customer service I can only imagine what they do to the food :(
