Burger King

Sat in the drive thru for 20 with one person ahead of me that was waiting to get his order taken then I sat waiting for the person to take my order for another 15 min then they tell me to hang in and never came back to take my order place is ridiculous

By the time you order and get out of the drive-through, you could’ve bought and cooked your own meal at home. It would’ve been better cheaper not this garbage that takes 40 minutes to get.

Everytime I go to this store I’m in the line for about 30-45 minutes with one or two cars ahead of me. Everybody that talks threw the drive threw line always has an attitude and feels like they hate there job. Definitely need to hire a whole new crew

Literally the RUDEST drive thru experience I ever had. Not even Popeyes was ever this rude. Idk what the girl in the window’s problem was, but the minute she opened it, she was glaring at me and didn’t say a word. I waited a couple seconds and handed her my card and the entire time she was having this rude face and tone. Also, I was told that my drink would show as fruit punch but they would get me the correct drink at the window, which it wasn’t. She’s was wearing a pink/magenta cardigan looking thing along with a trashy weave. Note to fast food managers: stop hiring ghetto trash to work in your stores, that’s why there’s so many issues

Poor service waited 15 mins for a order poor customer service

Worst Burger King ever. Waited forever and they got the order wrong. Burger King has gone down hill pretty badly.

My dad went to this Burger King last weekend, and they cooked his chicken sandwhich in the microwave because the broiler was not functioning. Obviously, they should know that food cannot be cooked in a microwave. This was a health violation because the food was not cooked at the proper temperature. The next day, my dad got sick from the chicken sandwhich, and he contracted the Norovirus. He was vomiting and having diarrhea. Then, I contracted the virus from him. The Health Department needs to shut this place down or else many more people will contract food poisoning or those Noroviruses. I do not understand how can Burger King staff be so negligent when it comes to their costumers.

The worse experience every time. More than 30 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of me. More than 10 minutes to take your order once we moved up and more than 10 minutes waiting at the window to even receive our order. Never visiting this location again.
