Store was very clean. The food was hot and made right. The staff was friendly and smiley. Very good experience

Drive thru workers never listen and always RUDE. There's a reason this is currently the lowest rated McD's in the area. Ordered a 40 piece nugget. Drive thru rang up a 20 piece. When I told Drive thru it was supposed to be a 40 piece she said they don't sell a 40 piece and then tried to tell me to go back thru the line saying i cant order at the window. I sat through the line and they messed it up! Instead of listening she was just nasty. Settled on 2 20 pieces, which cost more, just so I could get the food and go.

Fries over salted, inedible. Complained to manager who claimed a machine salts the fries automatically. No apology. Terrible management. You pay for food, you expect to be able to eat it.

Worst customer service, drive thru order taker is terrible. They assume you want something and just add it, then get pissy when you correct them. Go elsewhere, and save the hassle.

My coworker went to get his lunch mind he’s only like 19 and was treated terribly they messed up his order and called the literal cops when he tried to have it corrected. The manager actually had him trespassed when she don’t even have the power to do so. All he was asking for was extra sauce and the manger was so rude and just couldn’t be bothered. She even had the cops come to his jobs next door and embarrass him at his work after he just decided to leave. Do not go here

Other than no rubber Mats by the door to keep customers from falling when it rains and an employee getting an attitude because I let them know I almost fell from the slippery floor . Manager came out and I'm not sure if anything was done about the employee with the attitude the manager did mop the floor.
