Love coming here! Have been twice, enjoy it every time. Be careful of the Smokey teas, tastes like a house fire. Blueberry scones are delicious, staff is so friendly. The gift shop is awesome, it has so much to look at. The tea sets and pots are beautiful. You can sit and drink your tea outside or inside, both looking over the river. Will be back!

A different tea room in the sense it isn't high tea or a pre set menu. More a food court imo, but I liked the selection and how spaced out everything was. Relaxing with the view outside too You can buy sandwiches, pastries, beverages, including trying all the original teas for $3-4. And everything was good! I especially loved the cookies and local sodas, which taste like nothing I've had before. The workers were friendly as well. Seats were a little wobbly and the tables could be wiped down more, but it isn't a restaurant. And they refilled the tea often. Def worth it for a pit stop if you're closeby. And I think you can go to the tea room any time, not even if you get a ticket to the museum, which is nice since it's connected with a walkway so you can be above the water

A nice quiet place for some tea and historical reenactments. The tea selection was really good too

Everyone had coats on inside and some had hats on on New years day 2024. I asked multiple staff members to turn on heat. I was told we don't have access to thermostat. To bad because its such a beautiful place and atmosphere and the tea and food was great, but we couldn't enjoy it because the room was too drafty and cold.

Amazing team and very helpful! I’ve just had my breakfast with my husband and we lost our bag where we have all our money and passports..the team was so supportive and friendly that we could find our bag with all its content. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is amazing here and the coffee is yummy ( first time I tasted such delicious cappuccino) ..thanks a lot Abigail team and happy new year!
