Absolutely blown away by this place!!! I have lived around the corner and only thought they served tea. The food was amazing and super fresh ingredients, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing and now I think I live tea trying the daily sample. Can’t say enough great things and can’t wait to bring my wife here!
I have very rarely written one star reviews for a business but unfortunately my food was inedible and I have to say something. I went for brunch and ordered the eggs & tomatoes with potatoes and fruit- simple enough, right? My eggs tasted like pure sulfur and rocks. I have no idea where the bitter astringent taste was coming from, but it smelled awful as well. I could not eat more than a bite. I have never had this happen before. To ZenCha- I hope you take this seriously and look into where this is coming from. Something is definitely not right and I am starting to feel sick only a few hours after eating.
First time visiting and loved it! Looking forward to coming back!
My friends and I come here for Sunday brunch all the time. The tea is amazing and all the breakfast food options have a tea that pairs with them well. Just ask the servers for their recommendations on what tea to pair: they are tea geniuses!
Great good and pleasant atmosphere!
This place used to be good and a gem in Bexley. The quality and the service has decreased a lot. They recently changed the parmigian kitchen from a whole pie to a slice but the price increased. I was not alerted of this change and when I received the slice of the quiche I called and asked. They said they have changed it and now it was just a slice of the quiche and not the entire quiche. The girl at the phone said that she was too busy and was going to hang up on me. Basically she did not care and she was so rude. They do not care about the customers at all. The quality of the quiche was also very bad and the potatoes were overcooked almost like smashed rather than roasted. Avoid this place at all cost!
Cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere here af ZenCha- we loved every minute of our time and every bite of our food. Not to mention the wide selection of tea from around the world added extra enlightening vibe. Ordered Middle Eastern Cardamon Ginger Tea and Spicy Yaki Udon for myself. Both had plenty of flavor that truly distinguished this restaurant from others around. The noodle had good aroma, perfect blend of spices, portion of veggies and protein. The tea was soothing yet really awakening. Loved everything about the this place. Highly recommend for someone looking to explore a different cuisine setting in Columbus area.
