McDonald's

We went thru the drive thru and repeated our order 3 times before being told to go to the window. Very simple order...2 #7 both with sweet tea. We got to the window and was asked what we ordered. Repeated the order again. Someone else came to the window and asked what we wanted to drink. We repeated 2 sweet teas. They didn't have any. This was 6 pm on a Wednesday. We said Coke. 1 drink came out, a bag of food came out with overturned, undercooked fries, and grease stained napkins. We waited another minute for the other Coke. Burgers were warm, at best.

Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes which is death time in fast food. I will NEVER come here again.. people are literally walking around on their phone.. Employees and managers

I get stuck going to McDonald's just about every day because my daughter has to have a cheeseburger and her four piece chicken nugget with ranch it seems like every time I go into this McDonald's

Usually the service here is fast and friendly but not today at 3pm. I understand training new folks but this newbie in the drive thru was absolutely unable to take even a one item order. So I went to Wendy's today. Please get him off that station so I can continue to visit your establishment. Thanks!

Need to be more nice to people(management).

If I could give this place a zero I would. We use this McDonald’s a lot and today I ordered food for my family of 4. DoorDash drops off my order and it’s just drinks no food. I go to the McDonald’s to get my food and they said they would not serve me my food because DoorDash is the one that brought it. The pick up station is behind the counter so both the dasher and McDonald’s employee should be verifying that the order is correct. The manager there was very rude and was raising his voice at me telling me he’s not giving me my food. Also some random guy he was sitting with stood up and said ya that’s not how things are done. Every time we have had to get our missing food, which is more than I can count on 2 hands, they have given us our food. Absolutely horrible service.
