Good food, but a bit expensive for the quantity (specifically for the ramen). The oyakodon was a massive portion and I’d definitely recommend it! Overall, however, the atmosphere wasn’t very nice. The tables were sort of tacky and the interview just didn’t feel great. If you want decent tasting oyakodon, however, I’d recommend!
Had to change my 5 star rating after the last 4-5 visits. When I ordered off the menu and all of my items came out missing ingredients and tasting horrible I asked where the missing items. I was met with a rude young lady that offered me said items. I was told they were going through a menu change but when I stated you shouldn't serve food that's not in the menu I was met with a blank stare and silence. Dumplings are deep fried unless you ask for steamed but they taste like straight vinegar. The fried chicken breading and sauce has changed, not freshly cooked and breading is doughy. Ramen isn't hot or the pork, barely room temp. It hurts to leave this but the young lady turned me off from giving this place anymore business. Update 4/24 Menus are still not updated online or in the store. Very poor ownership and management to lie to there customers about the food they are selling.
Very good.. but overpriced since DDD stopped by.
The Spicy Katsu Curry Ramen was my favorite, its not as spicy as I though it would be. The korean fried chicken was so crispy and saucy. The Sakerita's were my favorite. Food came out alot faster then expected. We didn't try any sushi on this visit but will be back to try some rolls next time. Pop in and give it a try we really enjoyed it.
I heard so many good things about this place that I had a very high expectation. I had Tori Karaage (chicken nuggets) and Tonkotsu Ramen. They both were not bad but there was not anything special about them. Actually Karaage had batter that tasted and felt like Chicken McNuggets which is completely different from Karaage batter should be. Tonkotsu Ramen tasted like the ones you can buy at any Asian market in the frozen section. Like I said their food is not bad but not sure if it’s worth while spending money on it.
I ordered ramen takeout from Yakitori Jinbei and it was pretty good! The order was prepared pretty quickly. The ramen was good. It was very noodle heavy. Not my favorite broth but still pretty good. Overall a good first experience.
After seeing the DDD episode we now make it part of almost any visit to Atlanta area. The fried chicken is amazing. It takes a while to cook so 2 orders to go and a few rolls while it cooks is perfect
Our sushi and ramen were delicious. The Korean fried chicken wasn’t bad but nothing that exciting. Service was average.
