You were better eating in mc Donald's staff was not nice what so ever all the food was burnt and when I complained they called the cops stay well clear

I've always enjoyed dining at Wolfgang's Steakhouse locations throughout NYC, but my recent visit to the 54th Street and 3rd Avenue spot was disappointing. The filet was overcooked, and the ribeye lacked the quality I've come to expect. On a positive note, the Caesar salad, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes were satisfactory. Unfortunately, the chocolate mousse dessert was a letdown. This experience has left me hesitant to return, questioning whether this was just an off night or indicative of a downward trend. It's sad to see my favorite steakhouse falter.

배 터지게 먹었어요 5명이 방문했고 한 사람당 팁 포함 150불씩 냈습니다 서버분들이 어찌나 친절하시던지.. 미국인데도요 눈물나던데요 음식은 말할 것도 없이 양도 많고 맛있었구요 다만 한국인이라면 사이드로 생토마토랑 양파 꼭 곁들여 보세요 느끼함 없이 스테이크를 끝까지 즐길 수 있었습니다 울프강 샐러드도 강추에요 샐러드는 나눠달라고 하면 접시에 각자 나눠서 나옵니다

They are so rushed and rude. I did order and a few minutes they served bread and drinks. Not even when we got to try the bread that was served, they asked me if we are finished our bread so we said no however, they said that we had no space to put with our food so they wanted to take it away. So we gave up our enjoyment which was the bread. Too quick and rushed customers were dissatisfied from the rushness actions from the waitress. In addition, I was eating my food while the waitress came and asked if he can take the bread away and if we are done. However, before our reply he just took it away without any further notice. The waitress doesn't care the careful quality of customers. It is required for the waitress to always catch up and serve customers. Before, we went to other very high quality restaurants this was the first time this kind of incident happened. I can tell that high quality restaurants like this one is different from other places but it should always serve carefully with better quality and careness. This should never happen again as because this is a restaurant business and customers expect restaurants to serve as they want and for the best. Not even minutes when the new waitress, different from our other nice one who took our orders didn't talk in a nice soft way instead of a rude rough way by also talking very loud which made us feel unhappy. This is a great steakhouse called Wolfgang, please be careful with these situations so you don't lose customers. It depends your workers to serve well to customers to spread your serving and how your steakhouse gets better. I feel like your steakhouse Wolfgang shouldn't have negative reviews like this just because of the workers but especially anyone. However, I really enjoyed your food so much. Food is not just food but the taste of enjoyment from the service.

Been coming here for a dozen years. Amazing staff. Steaks are great, consistent.

Had a great experience for having my last meal of 2023. Recommend to visit!!
