Wingstop

I placed an order on the wingstop website for delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address and wingstop said they would refund me. A week or so goes by and I still see no refund. I have called countless times and they keep telling me they are processing the refund. It has been over a month now and they still have yet to refund me. This is an awful business and does not take care of mistakes they make. I have to now dispute this with my bank and I’m sure wingstop is going to try and say they completed the order. Total scam never order here waste of money l.

I am currently standing inside of this wing stop and the kids who work here are just talking and chatting about nothing. I am waitting for an order that was placed online but it’s not ready yet . I asked 15 times about the order and they just say not ready. Never again. These kids are playing with fries currently. So un professional! If I could give 0 stars … I would . Do not come here !!

Bad customer service except the ladies The guy with the tattoo in the face had zero experience to deal with the customers. we always like wingstop but not this location anymore, not recommended.

S#*t was closed when we got there at 9:00

RATS. I’m not talking a little mouse. Fat rat ran around dining area. When notifying the staff didn’t seem like that cared at all. Just went about finishing up. Didn’t even have an appetite to eat my 40 pcs I ordered for my family. If you don’t mind rodents and terrible phone service this is the place for you.

Placed an online order, realized I order wrong. I called the store and was politely asked told just a min. Once she got back shs was super kind to find my order and change my order over the phone. Such amazing customer service ive ever received at this location!

I ordered some food from these guys and they really came thru for me and went above and beyond for seemingly no reason, honestly I had a rough night tonight and this really made my night. acts of kindness are what connect people to businesses so thank you to everyone working there tonight you really made my day better. Food was good too

Worst customer service ever!! And they tak forever

Worst wing stop I’ve ever visited, and I’ve been to many. I got the tenders in both Cajun and garlic parmesan, and they were dry, with virtually, no seasoning or butter or cheese on the Parmesan ones, and the Cajuns didn’t fare much better. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and quite crunchy. I wish that I had inspected them before I left. I would strongly recommend if anybody at that store reads the review to check their cooking procedures and see if it is in line with what corporate recommends. I know all these stores are franchises, so maybe the franchise owner needs to step his game up a little bit.
