Placed an online order, ready in 20 minutes, 40 minutes later it was ready. While I was waiting, the owner was there, also waiting a very long time for his food. He had a gift card sent to me for the inconvenience. I recently used the gift card for another online order. I got home, no sauce. I called & was told I'd have to come get it. I asked for a credit back to my debit card which I used with the gift card. My only option was to go back out and drive all the way back to the store to pick up the sauce I asked for as well as the extra one I paid for. I told them it was awful customer service & of course they didn't care. I'll drive out of my way to a different location from now on.
I waited an hour for wings and fries becaused they messed up my order and didn’t even say sorry and they made me write my order down cause they couldn’t memorize my order. From experience working in the food industry I at least expected to get my food for free because my time was a ioke for the entore staff.
This place is horrible and that's the best thing I can say. They will cheat you out of money, so always check your orders before leaving. I work close and like to get veggies and ranch to snack on thru the day, so I know the cost and everytime, they try to charge me differently. Today was the last straw as they charged me $3.75 for 4 pieces( small) of celery and a ranch. Outrageous! Maybe if this place had a consistent staff they could get it together but they can't seem to keep an employee for more than a few days. This place is so unprofessional among other things. The owner should be embarrassed.
Worst wing stop location I have ever visited. The manager and staff are super unprofessional they messed up our order and when my wife called to let them know they treated us like criminals to get 10 boneless wings they missed through uber eats. They made it seem like we were stealing after spending $55. I will never buy from this location again. Go somewhere else the staff is super ghetto here.
My family and I order food Friday night. I got the honey hot tenders and my little brother did as well. The day after we both felt unwell but just brushed it off but that night we both got sick. Nobody else got the honey hot tenders and nobody else got sick. So I do believe this place gave us some sort of food poisoning! We also ordered a $5 large cup of ranch and did not receive that but also did not get any of the ranch that was supposed to come with the 5 meals we got! But I do still want to give them credit when it came to their service. The employees were extremely nice!
