Beef 'O' Brady's

The 4 of us (2 adults, a teen and a child) visited the restaurant for the very first time today, since it's just down the road from the sports complex we go to. I ordered 20 boneless wings and was planning on sharing with my husband, but the waiter told us that they didn't have any CLEAN DISHES at the moment , in order for us to share the food and gave us the only one she was able to find, which wasn't clean... She was taking care of 4 tables, including ours. Ordered a Fresh Rita, and more than 2/3 of the glass was ice. The drink was really basic in flavor. More like lemonade in fact. Then, ordered a Caribbean Rum Punch, and it was also flavorless. These 2 drinks are the ones we always get everywhere else, so we know they were really bad at this restaurant. Sadly, my kids food was undercooked, and all the food was pretty close to cold. We noticed that the restrooms were not clean either. We don't know if this is an everyday thing, but the nice waiter told us that they just changed Management. We are not planning on going back, and will have to share this with all the other parents.

Very disappointed this visit. Fish and chips were good, but they ran out of tartar sauce for one of my friends. How does that happen when it's the special?? Another friend joined us after we ordered food. She only wanted a beer, but it took awhile for the server to see that she was there and then the 2 beer choices she asked for, neither was available, so she drank water. Service was ok, friendly but slow and the place wasn't that busy. Not sure we'll be back.

We went there last night (Wednesday March 26)at 6:30 and told the hostess inside that we would be on the porch. There was 3 of us. She said fine and we waited and waited and waited for 22 minutes and no one came to us, not even to drop off a menu or ask us if we wanted to drink. There was a few other people on the porch also that didn't get service. The one gentleman ended up going inside to order at the bar. I will not ever go there again.

Booked thr back room for a birthday party. 18 people. This was way too much for the one server to handle. Beside getting two people drinks at a time. By the time she served the last person with the drinks the first person was already out. Because of thr time it took. Placing food order was another issuse and when the food came out. It was one at a time with 5 to 10 minutes each meal. All of thr fries where cold half thr orders were wrong with things left out or not taking off. As for sauces they came after you were done with the food or if you waited the food became cold.

It was wonderful and Jamie was excellent at her service

Party of 16, 1 appetizer ordered when ordered first drinks, had to reorder 1/2 hr to get everyone's food out, half of it wrong, food was cold on 8 of the orders felt sorry for the waitress, obviously under staffed, not recommended at all
