Ordered for 2 people online and asked for 4 ranch. Apparently can’t tell the difference between ranch and blue cheese. So I drive over an hr in Nashville traffic thinking I have ranch to find out I have blue cheese instead. Called and got “they told me it was ranch even when I said it looks like blue cheese.” Can’t even get dipping sauces right
I was given a time for pickup but it wasn't ready. I has to wait 20 minutes. My fries tasted duo•dipped (fried, cooled, refried to heat them up). Super greasey & soggy. Vegetarian options: Nope. Dietary restrictions: Not on the day you order. Parking: Handicap parking was offset to the right of the lot in a tiny, inadequate, after-thought space. Wheelchair accessibility: Not really enough space.
They were out of half the sauces we asked for. When we went to pick up the order they had given it away to someone else, said they would remake. Came back 10 minutes later and all the employees hid in the back while we waited in the lobby for another 10 minutes. Gave up and left no food. Wasted an hour.
Excellent service, the register and cookers were really nice and suggested us a better option
