White Bison Coffee

Whoever the female was working there at 3:45am early Sunday morning very horrible customer service and a very bad attitude. All because I wanted 2 fountain drinks that I’ve gotten there before through the drive thru!! I wouldn’t recommend going here anytime especially when this specific individual is working. Very poor experience

My wife and I ordered a caramel frappuccino and a ginger snap latte and were both pleased with our order! The employees were friendly and our drinks were ready pretty quickly. The price and taste is comparable to any other coffee shop in the area. The outdoor seating area looked awesome but it was too cold for us to utilize that space. I like that it is 24 hours. It will be a great place to stop by when traveling on the road. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Horrible service from the employees that are too busy on their phones to take care of customers.

The drive thru and customer service is horrid. Never gets the coffee right. Never gives you what you ask for. Rude when you ask for them to correct it. After multiple visits and unfortunate let downs- I can’t wait to try the new Dutch bros!

Fiancé and I went to White Bison Coffee, it was right next to our hotel (on our way down to Florida!) and needed our morning coffee before the long drive down. I got the fat free iced caramel latte and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese english muffin. The Latte was good, it is comparable to Blue Print Coffee in St. Louis to me. The turkey sausage sandwich tastes exactly like the one at Starbucks. Overall mine was okay, not great, but not terrible. My fiancé got the iced caramel macchiato and the sausage, egg and cheese on ciabatta. His drink was very tasty, plenty of caramel, SO GOOD! The sandwich was very good. Fiancé loved his meal and said “it doesn’t sit in the stomach like a lot of place’s breakfast sandwiches! That’s how you know it’s good!” I would definitely be interested in trying this place out again. I interested in trying that waffle chicken sandwich! And maybe I’ll get the macchiato next time!

I work near by and go here all the time and the people who work here are always super nice and fast. Give them all a raise, they definitely deserve it

Was visiting the Madison/Huntsville area for a few short days and decided to try this shop. Customer service was definitely top tier, and the coffee was served by the barista with a smile. She was very friendly and recommended some great drinks.

We come in all the time probably 2-3 times a week. Everybody used to be very friendly and good customer service. Now not so much. I overheard one the girls say "they come in here all the time, then she rolled her eyes" this is very unprofessional and bad customer service. We wont be told when we come or not. However, now it probably will not.
