Which Wich

Please read! The sandwiches made here were terribly made. Spent 60 bucks on this order for what I could of gotten for less at Subway or Jersey Mike's. First off The first sandwich was black bean with mushrooms. Why were the mushrooms not cooked on a hot sandwich? Second sandwich was a Philly cheese with uncooked mushrooms, onions and the steak looked like lunch meat and no cheese sauce. Third sandwich was a super messy pizza sandwich with sauce and pepperoni spilling out and uncooked mozzarella. I didn't even bother to look at the 4th sandwich with was Turkey bacon. I learned a valuable lesson today and that is never order large from a place you've never been or check the reviews. If I could I would give zero stars

I've enjoyed good sandwiches from here before but last week I placed a pickup order for 3 sandwiches. 2 of the 3 came out great just the way they were ordered and had been prepared by the woman working that evening who seemed friendly and competent enough. The third hadn't been started when I arrived b/c they were out of the cloudwhich so I elected for it to be made on a wrap. It was supposed to be a double meat double cheese muffaletta. It was super disturbing to bite into Lamb meat. Definitely not double meat or cheese but also not at all the correct type of sandwich making all the other toppings combined with it into the most disgusting taste. I submitted feedback through the site from the account I ordered from but now it's been a week and I have not heard back at all. Not to mention while waiting on the last sandwich, there was only one customer in the building and I heard the toilet flushing as the 2nd employee came out of the bathrooms on his way to the food prep area and less than 15 seconds later appeared out in the sandwich making area with gloves on. Handling the meat of the last sandwich, at the time I thought he was making himself something, otherwise I would have said something then about the meat not being the right color or types. So I guess he thought instead of a muffaletta he'd make a mutton-letta with a side of improperly washed or not at all washed hands.

Was told that even though they are open, they would not accept orders. Open sign is on and they refused service.

Good food and nice staff and was clean. Can't ask for much more

I would order from these guys at least once a week…but they refuse to allow custom orders for delivery. All I want is no lettuce. What dingbat set up that rule???

How can you forget to add real bacon to an Ultimate BLT? I'll never come back here. Update: I reached out to the email address in the owner's response. They did not respond - what a surprise. Avoid this location.
