West end bagels was a Saturday staple for the longest time then they changed their ordering system and operating procedure and can’t make a sandwich correctly even after we went back in notified them it was completely wrong then they did it wrong again and the owner was standing right there and didn’t even seem to care or apologize for their mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 5 different Saturdays and seeing the owner show zero care to how they consistently screw up orders is all I need to know about a business I will not be returning too

Waited 20 minutes for a single bagel while everyone who came after me left

I can’t believe it has come to this as I am not someone who likes giving bad reviews, but at this point I feel I have no choice. My family loves coming to West End Bagels for some reason, so I have continued trying to give them a chance when they put in an order. However, I am absolutely astonished at how many times my order has been wrong… in the SAME EXACT WAY. My order consists of a toasted plain or cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. That’s it. I am convinced this place does not have the capability to toast bagels because I believe I just received my 6th un-toasted bagel in a row (despite the order being placed by different family members, and their orders being correct). Astonishing. I’ve never been so consistently disappointed by a restaurant’s ability to accurately complete an order, so much so that I anticipate that I will be disappointed before the order is even placed. Is this a first world problem? Yes, absolutely. Is it technically a minor error? Yes. But is it also ludicrous that a bagel place consistently cannot accurately carry out one of the most basic bagel orders? Yes.

Amazing place with fantastic bagel sandwiches. Busy, expedient, friendly. Can't wait to go back.

If you like waiting 25 minutes for your breakfast, this is the place for you. Also, they changed their ordering process which actually is now MORE chaotic. No rocket scientists work here that’s for sure. I feel like I’m at Six flags with all the ropes. You’ll need to block out a good hour of your day if you want to eat here. Maybe there is a video on YouTube showing me how to navigate this Minecraft scene. I actually didn’t even get my food today because I stood at the register that said “ORDER HERE” trying to order but then was told this isn’t the line to order LMAO. I just left and won’t be back. Y’all should put the time you put into replying to customers on google reviews, into improving your processes instead.

Absolutely delicious

Used to go there all the time. Over the last few months they implemented a new ordering system which has slowed it way down. Also seems to have high turnover , maybe new management. not my business but the service has suffered dramatically so I only stop in once a month or so, just don't have time to wait.
