The food is great. We do not live close to Clifton Park but whenever we are in the area - we would definitely stop there. I hope to go back and try their tacos sometime soon.

Worst food we have ever eaten. The quesadilla was burnt and cut in half like a sandwich. I could not further cut the burnt tortilla w my plastic knife. There were no onion straws except one old one rolling around in my brisket. They did not have souur cream. I should have been told when I ordered it. My husband ate half of his Reuben, poor execution, and the meat was not even warm. Oh yeah, out of ff's too. 35 dollars! Joke! 6 dollar tip for what. Plastic silverware. Thanks for the tip refund. Why was a cook serving my food anyway? When she dropped the food, I told her it was burnt. She ignored me. Perhaps you should view other quesadillas, to understand how it is cut. No onion straws, no pico sour cream. It was a rough burnt sammy. Your presentation should always appear like the words that describe the app or entree. You should have made me aware the sour ceeam was 86ed. Know your 96 items before the lunch crowd begins. Not looking at you in the eyes? In your mind that happened, not mine. I was prob trying to hide my anger and disgust.

First time trying the Brisket breakfast sandwich which was really Top Notch! Definitely a 10/10 perfect cut of meat with egg and cheese on a hard roll. The pairing of a yummy piece of corn bread and orange slice add your own BBQ sauce it was definitely good. Absolutely try if you haven't.

We lived in North Carolina and thought we’d never find bbq as good as can be found in the south…until we discovered Rollin Smoke. Their food is amazing and you can tell the owners take pride in the food they serve. Highly recommend the pork belly tacos. The restaurant is also super clean, and as a public health professional, I tend to observe food prep-. A+++ all-around.
