Very clean restaurant Very good food and service

I placed an online order for a small pastrami sandwich with a jack cheese and a pickle on the side. Also ordered a small Cobb salad. I was very disappointed when I got home my Cobb salad did not have the grilled chicken and my sandwich did not have all the condiments I asked for. This was my first visit and my last

The clam chowder was AWESOME! I was hot thick and creamy. As far as the service I wanted a soup that was not on that day's menu which they informed me of but also told me if I didn't mind the wait they would have to warm it for me. The soup was the broccoli cheddar and it too was delicious. They were polite and friendly and the place was clean.

Seriously every time I pickup an order here this guy handling my food had a smelly armpit.. and rude.

We love WestCoast! Super friendly staff. When ordering online, they will call you if they have any questions. The restaurant is always very clean. Sandwiches are made to order, kept very neat & tidy. (OTHER sandwich shops make some super sloppy sammies but not this one!) My only recommendation is if you're ordering online and you want to pick up at a certain time, set that time for 15 minutes earlier than you want it OR plan to arrive a little later than your pick up time. We've arrived right around the set time (within 3-5 min) for our previous pick-ups, and they hadn't even started making our order. This has happened the last 3-4 times, even times when the restaurant is empty upon arrival. One time they we're very busy & we did have a pretty big order (party platter)which they called us about just as we were arriving @ our pick up time. They were pretty busy & hadn't started our order so we did have a conciderable wait. However, the staff is ALWAYS super friendly & they do work quickly to try & minimize your extra wait time. The I reason order online is usualy to because I'm strapped for time and typically need to be able to run in & run out so if I order ahead for pick up it's to make my life a little easier. Most of our orders are placed hours prior to pick up, so they at least have a heads up. With large orders, I try to place days in advance.) Another PLUS, is they have always gotten our orders correct even with specific requests. Like I said, they will call if they have any questions! We love this place and it will continue to be our go-to. Just know they do take a little extra time to prepare orders (at least in our experience). Perhaps it's part of their quality control...I mean no one wants a soggy sandwich and ours have never been soggy. Not once.

I came in earlier today and I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and to my dismay it had bbq sauce on it not Buffalo sauce. I didn’t realize until I got home. I seen the guy making my sandwich I think his name was pri but I wasn’t watching the whole time to make sure he was making it correctly. When he handed me my sandwich something smelled really bad I’m assuming it was him. It smelled like he hadn’t taken a shower in a day or two. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. I still don’t think I would come back. At a food establishment I would think hygiene would be of the upmost importance but if you can’t even take a shower I can only imagine what you are doing behind closed doors

Every time I go, the food is excellent and the service is excellent. Diana C and Pru G are always welcoming when I walk in.

Went there 2 times in 2 days. Pri who works there is super attentive and friendly. He has the perfect personality for the job. His recommendations are spot on. The sandwiches and clam chowder were so delicious that my kids wanted the same thing the very next day.
