Nash & Proper

Limited menu as out of a lot of items. No cups, no beer. I've loved Nash and Proper's truck for years, but his restaurant needs better management.

I have a sensitive tummy and their chicken didn't upset my stomach surprisingly. Althou they were out of bone in chicken, the sandwich was really good.

Consiste. Highly recommended.I’m half black! I know chicken pimps.

Best chicken sandwich you can get anywhere

Great tasting chicken sandwich but meals are extremely pricey.

The sandwiches here are pretty good, they use thigh meat and a really crispy batter. Be careful because the hotter sandwiches are really hot. Like ghost pepper and Carolina reaper hot. Sides aren't bad, and they have a decent beer list and brunch on the weekend. The only complaint I have about this place is sometimes the food is made differently than what you're expecting, can be somewhat inconsistent from visit to visit. And they close early but everything in Elk Grove does it seems.

On June 9th 2022 I and my familys got food poisoning we order chicken sandwich and other whole chicken .. after that we all ate there after few hours we feel very ill, fever , big headaches, vomiting, ect for almost 2 weeks never go there again

Mac and cheese was super delicious, the chicken sandwich was only good.
