Wendy's

Today is the last time in coming to this location. I ordered through the mobile app to get to the place and the drive thru line took a long time which I waited patiently, got to the front to be told to pull up that they would bring my order out. 15 mins pass no one comes out my daughter goes inside to ask how long it will take as I had placed this order well over 20 mins ago yet ppl are coming in ordering and leaving way before me. She says she’s gonna have to ask her manager. I had to leave without my food because I had an appointment I needed to be at and didn’t think I would be waiting over 20 mins for some food. I called as I was on my way to my appointment to tell them if they could cancel my order and they say they couldn’t because it was made already and I told him well no one came out to give it to me after 20 mins they proceeded with to tell me someone was outside waiting for me. WHEN? 30 mins after? I will disputing these charges with my bank and never coming to this location again.

Actually one of my best experiences at a Wendy's. Food came out quick, everything was tasty and hot like it was just made.

I went inside to order around 9:30a yesterday and it was basically no customers. Upon entering I went to the counter not realizing they had self serve registers. Shaquonna was so busy mopping the floor and told her coworker "I'm not getting on no register, what she getting?" As if I'm not there. The man was nice enough to stop what he was doing and kindly checked me out. He needed Shaquonna's code to place my order and she still responded nasty as she looked crazy. She thought he was getting her to place the order and huffed like mopping the floor with no customers was more important. I went to use the restroom as I waited for my order and could hear her talking n laughing all loud cracking rude jokes, but was silent when I came out. She never even spoke. Thanks to the man that took my order but customer service like that sucks. Why work in customer service when u get joy out of being nasty to the customers.

It truly made me happy when I went to this location the other night. It was a little late but I was greeted with great energy and assistance with my order (I was a bit indecisive) Rakim the night time manager was a big help, friendly and professional. I appreciated everyone I encountered that night and I can tell that they have a great energy because of the energy carried from their manager. It made the visit pleasant for sure even late at night!

What can I say... it's a fast food spot, with employees that don't seem to care about their job. They got my order incorrect, weren't very friendly, and the food wasn't even particularly hot when they gave it to me.

The staff and food has really gotten better. Plus the online ordering Is back so i revised my last review.

The worst customer service I experienced in a while. The lady at the window was so rude and the way she handled me my bag was very unprofessional.
