It is true that I did not warn in advance that the burger was without vegetables, but the manager told me: “next time.” I ordered Coca Cola Zero and when he gave it to me it was almost transparent and had a bad taste. He told me to wait until he was going to change the mixture, which I should wait about 5 minutes. So at that moment I ask him if he can exchange the hamburger that was for the child and he answers: I'm sorry, I already made it. I asked him to give me my money back because I no longer wanted the order. The question is: was there a need for this? What did it cost him to change my hamburger? Should I wait for him to solve his problem and not help me with mine? I am a client and also a resident of the area.
