Tuve el placer de venir a este maravilloso lugar me encanto la estancia aquí la comida es muy rica no pierden su cultura ,la limpieza de s al 100 la atención es wao los empleados y los manager son muy atentos se los recomiendo al 100 es el mejor lugar de comida de todo miami ,también felicito a la manager Erika y a su grupo de empleados la atención de ellos es muy muy buena vayan no se arrepentirán I love ❤️Pollo Tropical ️

The food is always fresh specially if you go at lunch time. I always ask them for the chicken not to be burned or dry and it comes out fresh. The people working at this location are always friendly and helpful.

Good spot. Rice was a bit overcooked, but was good overall.

On several occasions throughout the week, I have had the pleasure of dining at Pollo Tropical, becoming a frequent customer. Approximately one week ago, while placing an order for my meal, I observed the regrettable conduct of an employee named Yoly. Her level of service was severely lacking. As I commenced my meal, I noticed that she was engaging in inappropriate behavior by throwing water at other employees and abruptly exiting the establishment. The overall atmosphere was quite hostile.
