I was not able to rate my Salad when I got home Wendy's forgot to put my ranch dressing and unfortunately I had none at home I definitely will NOT eat a dry salad. So make sure you check for your salad dressing packet
i recently visited for breakfast as i noticed from a tv ad that there was a $3 breakfast special so i decided to visit which was a mistake. i arrived and the drive thru had only 1 car in it in front of me but they took their time taking their order and then when i got to the box to place my food order they rudely said on the mic "can you wait?" before i even said anything. i accidentally placed my order for "dine in" when it should've been for drive thru but i asked the lady if they could still hand it to me and she replied "nah, go inside." which i understand as it was my mistake but her attitude was extremely rude. i then got out of the drive thru and parked, walked inside and made my way to the front counter where i told them my situation and just stared at me and pointed behind me where the "mobile order" pick up station is instead of being just generally nice about the situation. i refuse to return to this location as both experiences inside and outside of the restaurant were extremely lacking in basic customer service from the working staff.
