This place must be under new management/ownership. We'd given up on this branch years ago - chicken was tiny and burnt, and they were out of stock of everything. Fast forward, I've been there twice recently - the chicken is perfectly cooked and everything is delicious. So glad to have our El Pollo Loco back.

Everything is always great when I come to the Norco location. Please cashiers there are always kind and courteous. The food is always fresh and hot, and the seating area is always kept clean. 5 stars!

I like to go there almost every Friday because I love the service and the food of course.the new manager I think her name is Ninfa or something like that. She is so nice and fast.
