Everyone loves Miguel's, but this has to be the best one. It's the staff that makes a difference. From the kitchen staff to the front counter. It seems that every order is perfect. The kitchen seems to know how to make every order better than the last time I visited. The staff at the drive through and front counter are awesome. Stephanie, Sabrina, and Bella make each visit a pleasure. It seems like every time I come in, even if the last customer treated them terribly, they smile and are super helpful selecting something new from the menu. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. The food is great and the staff is even better.
Service here is always amazing! They’re extremely nice and make you feel welcomed. Of course the food just makes it so much better.
I used to love Miguel's and would often eat there 2-3 times per week. It seems like over the last few months the food quality has just gone down hill. The rice is always either under cooked and crunchy or overcooked and mushy. There seems to be no consistency. At the order point they ask if you want sauce and the majority of the time they forget to give the right sauce. Today for example I asked for red and they gave me green which leads me to my next point. Recently they changed the green sauce and the one it was replaced with tastes horrible.
Why? Why is there a place for special instructions for an online order if they’re not going to read what the instructions are? We asked for 6 green sauce and 4 red sauce. What we got was 9 red sauce. Even the math doesn’t add up. Why don’t they read the special instructions? The turn around back onto me, the paying customer, is going to be this… “You should have checked your order.” If you deliver the best in customer service, the customer should not have to do the job of the employee. Arrrrrrgh!
