This Wendy's has just really truly gone downhill. Every time I come here, it gets worse. It's not very often that I'm in this area. But when I do have to go here... it has always become a hassle and frustrating. However, seeing a young boy behind the counter this evening... was a little concerning.... I understand things happen.... they were not at all concerned with the order I needed

Went through drive through only got part of my order but TONS of attitude when I called to let them know I was missing part of my order and now would not be eating. Instead of an apology I was given the worst customer service ever. I gave kids who work in fast food I know it’s not an easy job but as someone who spent my last of the week and will now not eat due to this I’m angry and they lost a customer for life
