I called and said somthing about the restroom and he told me to shut up and used crude language poor service 1 star

Most of the staff here are fine, though they have a few “slow” people even after being months on the job. The food is genuinely the most hit-or-miss I’ve ever experienced. Never been a fan of their chicken nor turkey. Very flavorless and/or old tasting. The pizza is also super mid; on par with CiCi’s. For the price you pay you are a whole lot better off going to Taco Bell literally next door or Wendy’s just down the street with much better service to boot. Their overnight manager is a genuine a-hole though. She stares down every customer and verbally abuses people who have the misfortune of having to deal with her. Seriously idk who hurt her in her life but she actually needs to get some help. I would’ve been fired if I acted half the way she goes about her business. For the very FIRST Wawa in Florida ever, this is a really embarrassing standard they’ve dropped themselves to, especially when there’s other late-night joints available. Not even their gas or retail can be worth the trip as even with rewards perks they’re still the highest in the area; on par with CVS and Shell. Better off going to the three 7-Elevens that are within a mile from here in that regard. If it weren’t for the general convenience-first culture of America and the fact it’s right next to SeaWorld of all places, this location would’ve bit the dust. Unless that’s all you care about then you should hold yourself to a higher standard and take your money somewhere else. I’m done with Wawa treating me like crap and making me wait 30+ minutes for a half-jacked panini multiple times over. Dietary restrictions: Not a good place if you have allergies or sensitivities. No point asking the kitchen associates for help because then your bothering them. Parking: Lots of Tesla charging stations and general space, but most of the time they’re filled up. Wheelchair accessibility: Not at all wheelchair friendly unless you have an assistant with you. They have two heavy double-doors at all Wawa’s you have to get through, then tight walkways to the register. I always wonder how they get away without catching ADA violations?

Stopped at this Wawa for the Tesla superchargers. We ordered some hoagies via Uber Eats as we had a gift card balance to use. The staff made our hoagies and then threw them off to the side without calling out the order, we only got them because I asked. Then as I was waiting, I witnessed a staff member come back from break and jump right on the food line without washing her hands, open up an order and with BARE HANDS open someone’s bagel to see what was inside, before closing it up and then moving onto other orders. So gross. Oh and then when we got our food, mine was wrong - ordered the chipotle chicken cheese steak and they forgot the chipotle sauce LOL. Never again will we do this Wawa, there are plenty of other options for Tesla owners and road trippers.

I promised my wife that I will make a review about this store because we seen a young lady who was really working hard. We came in for our refreshers and it was kinda busy. I remembered asking for this young lady’s name (jackqusha) well that’s how it was pronounced but I’m sure it’s wrong. We stood at the table outside. To watch her even more and it seem like she was having pains in her body and she looked exhausted but each time a customer approached she delivered a smile and fast service and we admired her cleanliness. We appreciate your hard work and dedication young lady and we will be coming back for our favorite dragon fruit refresher, we hope to see you there.
