Rainforest Cafe

My wife and I enjoyed a cocktail at the bar Friday afternoon. The drinks were delicious, the bartender was informative and very pleasant. We ordered drinks that came with really nice glasses. Unfortunately, at some point during our travels back to upstate NY, one glass got chipped. I called them tonight and the front of house manager (Nicole) offered to send us a replacement glass, at no charge….WOW!! Now I get that the glass doesn’t cost them much money, but the customer service is what I was most elated about (she actually felt badly that this happened to us and wanted to take care of us). This is the kind of customer service that makes all the difference…not the glass replacement, but rather the kindness and genuine interest to keep our experience at Rainforest Café a C positive one!! Kudos to you Rainforest Café…we will definitely be back!!

Rainforest Cafe is always on the todo list when coming to Walt Disney World. Wait time is always high if you don’t have a reservation. The food is great, but just like the Trex cafe you’re paying for the atmosphere and the experience. My 2 favorite plates are the Cobb salad and the pastalaya.

A little pricey but the food was good. A person in our party has some severe food allergies and the staff did a great job making sure the all concerns were addressed. Dietary restrictions: They did a fantastic job making sure no one was poisoned.

One of the best places I've ever ate. The atmosphere was very cool. The theme and setting, the animatronics and sound effects down to the gift shop. It was rather loud at times but in a cool way I guess. The food was very filling, cooked to perfection, and so flavorful. It really competed with 5 star restaurants, but the real gem beyond great food theme and location, was the service. Not only my server but others around that I observed. They are well trained, knowledgeable and just super cool, not just nice and friendly, just really cool like someone you want to hang out with. I was so impressed I even found a manager to complement them on what great food and service they had. Lastly, ad always with me how are the margaritas right? You'll be surprised to know I didn't order one this time, instead they had a great one page insert in the menu of signature drinks in commemorative glasses. I just had to try them. Ofcourse they were great, the 2nd one def had more alcohol in it than the first but overall was very consistent and despite being very busy, all the drinks arrived within 8 minutes. Some of the best times I've recorded at any resturant. Disney springs is an awesome place to visit and hang out, plenty of options food wise as well but hands down rainforest Cafe is a top choice for me and a must visit.

Awesome dinner in an Awesome setting! Food was great and service was outstanding! Our server Amber Lozano was top notch !! Parking: Lime Garage is the easiest!

We had a really good family meal here whilst on holiday in Orlando. Seth was brilliant, the kids really enjoyed chatting with him and he had great recommendations for the menu. He definitely made our visit more enjoyable. My daughter has coeliac disease so one of the kitchen managers came out to take her order. I was very impressed at the care taken with her food and I would recommend for coeliacs. Kid-friendliness: A really fun experience for kids. Lots going on and high energy staff.

William & Brandon were our server & bartender tonight. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect! Thanks for making the night at the Cafe of the Rainforest FUN.
