Came here to try it the first time. We sat indoors and our server took our drink and food order. Our server must have been new since he was having a hard time with the device but the food was amazing! We got the Detroiter and Omnivore. Don’t skip out on the cinnamon sticks! Parking: Plenty of spots around the restaurant but some cars made their own spots leading to a challenge getting out.
This place was genuinely amazing. Great atmosphere, super nice servers, and the pizza was to die for. When we told them we were from out of town and it was our first time there, they were so nice to give us complimentary cheese bread! 13/10 would recommend. Vegetarian options: Our server, even though new, was incredibly kind about accomodating the menu to make items vegetarian friendly.
Hands down the BEST pizza in Austin however, the 6th street east side location is literally the best! Location ✅ double check. The pizza ingredients in itself are quality and nothing but the freshest! Stephanie, the manager, is a workhorse! She can balance an incredibly busy restaurant with customers’ demands while remaining calm, sweet, and with a smile no matter what. She actually took care of me, my friends, and family traveling from out of town like we were royalty. Now, let’s talk about the service itself… Bolton, deserves an award…if not, a huge RAISE!!! This guy turnt up our dinning experience and expectations with the sincerest lovable authentic self he brings to the table (literally). He made our dinning experience extra special. He has that energy that captivates you and you just can’t help from wanting him to take a seat next to you and join in on the conversation. Kudos to the Via 313 team! Thank you for the quality food & ingredients plus the special people you hire! Vegetarian options: Build your own: spinach, mushroom, white onion, diced pineapple, jalapeño
The pizza was good but we waited at hour at 9pm for a pizza. It was not busy enough to wait an hour. We also waited 30 minutes before that to even put our order in. Disappointed and somewhat of a vibe kill for a Friday night l.
We had our first and last experience here last week. We ordered online and stayed at the restaurant to eat. Server didnt want to take care of us for this reason. The food took an hour and 15 mins to cook. I arrived at the stand to pick up at the time they told me to be there and they said it might be another 20 mins... This happened two other times. Once we got the food the portions were very small. It was all a joke.
Incredible pizza. Detroit style with browned, crispy edges was simply amazing. I don't think I've ever had non-round pizza this good. The sauce was probably the best I've had too - very rich, reduced for a while into tomatoey perfection. My girls had gluten free and dairy free that they loved too.
