United Club - Concourse F (F11)

Great United Club. Excellent food and areas to relax. It makes travel much easier.

靠近E4 gate 算是大的貴賓室，使用EVA gold card （Star Alliance)，進來，非常方便。 裡面有簡單的食物可以取用，也有飲料！ 場地算是寬敞，座位也舒服！

Very nice and spacious inside. Breakfast is OK not anything special. No showers.

Right off the F concourse (F11), you qualify for at least 2 United Club passes even with the United Explorer Mileage Plus card. Show your United club pass and boarding pass upon checking in at front desk. The Interior is spacious with a nice view of airplanes along with clean restrooms. Food is basic. - eggs (scrambled and boiled), bread, guacamole, bagels, croissants, coffee, a couple of juices, fresh fruit, etc. There’s a bar and a robot in motion you can throw your used utensils or trash in. As a frequent flyer, I’ve noticed this lounge gets crowded during peak hours/holiday travel season. Still a decent place to kick back, find a private spot to unwind, even if you’re left with just 30 minutes to board. Much bigger than the American Express Priority Pass Airport Lounge.

We had a four hour layover in San Francisco. The Club was clean, well lit and thankfully quiet. We were able to recharge ourselves and our batteries in comfort and enjoy beverages and a snack bar. The staff was kind and effecient.

The united clubs are too busy and bad quality.

This club pales in comparison to some of their other recently upgraded clubs like DIA. The food is usually edible if not great. The bartenders are good at getting the drinks out. It's always incredibly crowded. The view of the ramp is ok. The main thing that would help this club out is more visual dividers to break up the space.
