We were a group of 4. Ordered items for eveyone to share and indidual mains for ourselves. I dont think there was a dish that wasnt enjoyed. Drinks were just right, portions were great.

What I Tasted: For starters a collection of tender cuts of tuna as nigiri and tataki that melt in your mouth. My main course featuring tuna and sautéed foie gras, a delicacy with a rich, buttery texture and luxurious flavor with a velvety smoothness that coats the palate. And let us not forget my dessert that was described on the menu only as “Just order it. No words can do it justice.” —a warm cake donut paired with almost frozen custard, a heavenly perfect balance of sweet and textures to treat for the senses. And of course, I tried the Tamago, and it was executed to demonstrate the chef's skills and dedication to the craft. Standout Feature: Umi is more than just a restaurant; it is a celebration of culinary tradition and craftsmanship. Each dish is a labor of love, reflecting the dedication and passion of the chefs. 5 stars across the board. I came here for a birthday dinner last Saturday and everything was delicious. I go the spicy rock shrimp, the soft shell crab spider roll and a lychee martini. The food was delicious and overall atmosphere was definitely a vibe. I can’t wait to go back soon!!

I had such a pleasant time at Umi. Our server Koi was fast and attentive to what we wanted. I would definitely return and look forward to celebrating more gatherings there!

My wife and I opted for the Umi-Kase experience, Umi’s take on Omakase, which was amazing. Several course of very fresh dishes with incredible flavor profiles that enhance traditional Japanese sushi, adding flavors like homemade chimichurri and caviar. Watching the chef craft our food in front of us while the staff perfectly paired various sakes and beverages to our palate and meal. What an amazing experience! We will for sure make it back to Umi.

Was very surprised that I would enjoy a buffet! Food was fresh. Staff friendly. Convenient location. Excellent music streaming Love it!
