Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Terrible service!!. My order never arrived and when i called to get a refund it was like pulling teeth. Do NOT order from this location. The workers arent helpful and do not care. I was left on hold, hung up on twice after requesting a refund. Tiffs Treats has horrible Customer Service !!

Jesse from Addison was a amazing delivery driver ! So friendly and made sure I got my delivery even though the address was slightly wrong , awesome customer service thank you Jesse!

Came in yesterday on my lunch break … and I guess I took too long to unlock my card (you know trying to prevent theft) the worker literally throws my cookies in the window and walks off & goes work on another order like I already had to wait when I came in and no one was even in there. I had to call him back after a few mins like hey I swiped my card it showed approved can I get my cookies ??? I need to leave. Cherry on top the cookies were hard and weren’t even fresh!

Ordered from out of state for 60th birthday delivery in Carrollton. From my end, I had a hiccup with delivery date. Call center communicating was easy for postponement of the order. Delivery was timely. The greeting was an actual Tiff card. Not a printed piece of paper. Received picture of delivery via email. Cookies were warm. If needed I will order from the Addison, TX store again.

Delivered raw and undercooked blondies. Extremely disappointing.

A bit expensive but some of the most delicious cookies I've had (I love the chocolate chip pecan). There's no doubt these cookies are amazing; what's very annoying and frustrating is ordering online. I had to start over about 10-11 times because I was trying to use a new card and every time it was sending me back to the "add a new card" page after filling that out. Shouldn't be so hard to place an order. I would've stopped trying after a couple times but my daughter really wanted the cookies so I had to just use my old card because it wasn't saving the new card information. Extremely frustrating.

Really shouldn't ask what time deliveries should be made if you can't keep the schedule. Cookies were good. Delivery was late.
