I was placing an order online and somehow my order disappeared that I had in my cart. I had to replace the order which went to the wrong location. I have literally called them 9 times and no one will answer so that I can cancel the order. What kind of place does not answer the phone. Update: It’s been a week and they have not responded to my emails. I’ve followed up 3 times.

This place has been 5 star worthy for so long. But today I went in and noticed they cut a bunch of items on the menu and there are less sauces now? I don’t know what brought on these changes, but they don’t seem to be for the better. I hope they bring their full menu back.

What the F happened to the menu???? This new menu is missing everything that was great about the place, hot stone bowl, eggs, japchae, etc. And the sauces are where?? I had to ask separately and got only a spoonful. I'm not coming back. Good job with "optimizing operations", whoever is making these decisions behind a desk is going to run this chain into the ground.

No stone bowls anymore = better change y’all’s name. Can’t call it Burning Rice when it’s served in cheap plastic takeout bowls rather than hot stone bowls that make the BURNING rice nice & crispy edges. And no sunny side up eggs anymore either. No ice tea anymore. The new menu is shooting themselves in the foot. Used to be a regular here, but no need to ever go back with this menu. I’m so sad. What a disappointing business decision. I won’t be surprised if they go out of business within the year.

Went wayyy downhill… unfortunately the food quality is not the same as it used to be and isn’t freshly made. Rather eat McDonald’s. Sad to see this place deteriorate. It used to be one of my favorites, but I will no longer be returning and would be surprised to see this place stay standing for much longer sadly. :’(

Oh no! What happened to this place? Original review below, was 5 stars until today. Everything has recently changed, the menu, the condiments, the drinks, everything and not for the better. Read some of the recent reviews. Not sure if I will come back, but certainly not as often. No more iced teas, only soda (and most were out of order today). No more silverware or chopsticks, only single use, wrapped plastic ware (what a waste). No more spicy soy sauce (just regular, and in a single use packet - so wasteful). The food tasted completely different too. Boo! One of my favorite local places to eat for lunch. If you've never been, read on for what to expect: The restaurant specializes in Bibimbop - look it up for more info, but it's basically a bowl of rice and tasty toppings. When you walk in, you'll see a few self serve kiosks. You can make your meal selection as easy or as complicated as you want. I suggest you don't overthink it and just pick the very first option which is a signature bowl. I recommend the Tofu. Next, add a Korean Iced Latte - or a soft drink / iced tea, if you prefer (take a cup if ordering these). Finish up your order - grab a table number and type it in when prompted. They'll bring the food to you. Don't forget to tip - there isn't much interaction with staff here, but they are nice, work hard, and make delicious food. In the middle of the restaurant, you'll find napkins, silverware, and sauces. I suggest the spicy soy and sesame sauces! Once your food is delivered, pour the spicy soy over everything and stir your bowl up. Trust me, this is the best way. Then, drizzle the sesame sauce over the top. I should have told you to get two sesame sauces. After drizzling one, use the other to dip every bite. Yummy. Enjoy your bowl and anticipate your next visit! Vegetarian options: Tofu bowl is perfect.

Not too bad quality, food was good. Oriental food is hard to mess up anyway... unless you BURN THE RICE. Luckily, it wasn't burnt. Somewhat of an unfortunite name imho. Would you lunch at the BURNING CHICKEN? Exactly.

My daughter and I dine here all the time. Today was a shock. There was no more hot stone bowls no spicy chicken no fried egg. Whatever we ordered was inedible. There was no iced tea- which we paid for 2. No ice. We had a choice of luke warm metallic fountain drink. I poured it out and drank Luke warm water No soy sauce. No real utensils. Are they in the process of packing up & moving out ??? Sure seemed that way
