I have been to melting pots before so I know how it works. All I ordered was chocolate fondue and it took 30 minutes and two pots later for the chocolate to warm up. After telling the waiter for the 5th time the chocolate wasn’t warm the manager came over. The manager was super condescending and assumed we wanted the chocolate piping hot when that was not the case. The waiter was fine but the problem was with the manager. Will not be coming again
We visited this Melting Pot for the first time. We had been to others in other states. This one was outstanding!! Our server, Brittany, really knew what she was doing, made great recommendations, and provided exceptional service. We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday and the brought her a special treat at the end. You will not leave hungry and there are healthy and not so healthy food options. The pinnacle is the dessert fondue at the end. Too yummy!! If you’ve never been, it’s a fun and unique experience.
Amazing food and great service!
Fun food, great service, and a wonderful old-fashioned. They were mindful of a shrimp allergy in our party, and gracious about substitutions. We all loved the steak!
My original perception was blown out of the water once I was paired with the most phenomenal waitress! Lisa’s service was fun, insightful, and I couldn’t have requested anyone best to deliver such exquisite taste through out the full experience. If you’re looking for intimate yet inviting environment with perfect cocktails and food just right… make reservations at The Melting Pot and ask for Lisa. You won’t regret!! Kid-friendliness: The design layout provides smaller and larger circle booths with some wall features to provide privacy and intimate space; I did not even know there were 3 kids behind me until they were leaving
